Terms of Use

Effective September 23, 2026. These terms are between you and IMJAH. Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

GetClutch provides AI-generated coaching based on gameplay clips you upload. Feedback is automated, may contain mistakes, and is for entertainment and self-improvement only. GetClutch is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers of any game it supports.

Plans and subscriptions

• Free: 1 analysis per account.
• GetClutch Pro: $14.99/month, up to 30 analyses per calendar month (UTC).
• GetClutch Elite: $19.99/month, up to 100 analyses per calendar month (UTC).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Unused analyses do not roll over. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your content

You must have the right to upload the clips you submit. You keep ownership of your clips and reports and grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. Clips are deleted after analysis as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content or content that is not gameplay, attempt to bypass usage limits, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
