Common questions

My clip won't upload

Clips must be under 200 MB and 2 minutes on Free, under 500 MB and 5 minutes on Pro, or under 1000 MB and 10 minutes on Elite. Trim longer recordings in the Photos app to the moments you want coached.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GetClutch AI, or tap Manage subscription in the app's Account screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

I was charged but don't have access

Open Account in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Account → Delete account. This removes your profile and match history immediately. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in Settings as shown above.
