Privacy Policy

What we collect and why

  • Account identifier. When you use Sign in with Apple we receive a unique Apple user identifier, which we convert into a pseudonymous GetClutch account ID. We do not request or store your name or email address.
  • Gameplay clips you choose. A clip you select is uploaded to private cloud storage (Vercel Blob) and sent to Google's Gemini API solely to generate your coaching report. The clip is deleted immediately after analysis; any clip left behind by an interrupted upload is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
  • Coaching reports. Your reports (scores, fixes, drills) are stored so you can see your match history, until you delete your account.
  • Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to confirm which plan is active for your account ID. We never receive your payment card details.
  • Usage counts. We count analyses per account to enforce plan limits.

Third parties that process data for us

  • Google (Gemini API) — analyzes the gameplay clip you submit. You are asked for permission in the app before your first upload.
  • Vercel — hosting and private clip/report storage.
  • RevenueCat and Apple — subscription purchase and status.

We do not sell personal data, show ads, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Retention and deletion

Delete your account anytime in the app (Account → Delete account). We then delete your profile and match history and revoke the Sign in with Apple authorization. We keep only a pseudonymous counter of analyses used, containing no clips, reports or contact details, so the free trial analysis cannot be reset. Apple and RevenueCat keep purchase records as required for billing and tax.

Children

GetClutch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@imjah.com. We will update this policy when our practices change and note the new effective date here.
